If the screw nut pair and rolling guide pair are coated with lubricating grease, it should be coated 1-2 times a week depending on the use. If manual decentralized oil injection lubrication is adopted, the main movement vice should be dripped with No. 20 mechanical oil lubrication for each shift start. If the rolling bearing is filled with an appropriate amount of calcium-based grease, it should be added and replaced frequently depending on the situation.

   3. Since the NC feeder system works in a vibrating environment, this requires us to regularly check all fasteners, circuit connectors, and grounding screws to keep them securely connected.
